Description
The two-toed sloth is a very interesting and “cute” animal. Its face is shaped in a way that it always looks like it is smiling and its slow movement makes it easy to observe. Its fur is long, coarse and wavy, the hairs are brown with cream tips. The two-toed sloth is found in South America: Venezuela, the Guyanas, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Brazil north of the Amazon River. The two-toed sloth is a solitary, nocturnal and arboreal animal, found in humid and hot rainforests. Sloths live in dense areas of the rainforest with lots of vines, making travel easier from tree to tree.
