Description
The native range of the green iguana extends from southern Mexico to southern Brazil, Paraguay, Bolivia and the Caribbean Islands. Their habitat is in tropical rainforest areas, near rivers or streams, high in the forest canopy, about 40 – 50 feet above the ground.
